This gentle floor-based yoga practice focuses on
relaxing tight hips. This slow and relaxing yoga class is great for beginners and seniors. We start by gently warming the body and bringing awareness to the breath. As the body begins to warm, the class moves into some slightly deeper hips stretches. We end the class with a guided relaxation meditation in a hip opening pose.
This yoga class is suitable for all levels, especially beginners and seniors. The suggested props for this practice are two yoga blocks.
