  • Hello Kris ! I Have a knee meniscus issues and I have been advises not to stress the lower body too much . Can you upload / suggest videos of Chair Yoga for maximum effectiveness .Moreover I am obese and I need to loose weight before I go in for a surgery . Thank you So much !

  • I have chronic neck and shoulder pain that has been particularly bad lately. I do yoga daily with a focus on classes that target this area. I don't think ANYTHING else has given me such immediate relief as this class. Even though the stretches are simple there is something about the way you explain them and sequence them that makes such an impact. I will definitely return to this often. Thank you. <3
