  • Yeah, i had a therapist in a small town in the East tell me to do a Cat Stretch e ery morning. It stopped the muscle spasms that would wake me every morning but did not seem to offer any other benefit in the long ter. Fast forward several years and a hospital recruited me into their region and over time, new docs wanted new images. So many discs were herniated and after repairing what would stay, i was back in PT with a spinal specialist. Great guy but he suggested that maybe the Cat Stretch wasn't a good choice for me. I look, again, at my MRI, and thought OOOOOOH .. I See what happened. The rounded trunk of my car is the perfect height and shape to lean back on. The heat and the angle are very helpful. Never tried the gait belt, but will now!

  • I broke me back, my back is broken, spinal.

  • My thoracic spine is off 5 degrees and I struggle with pain using Advil. Pain has dropped to Include muscle over hip. What can I do? I have been to a chiropractor which he can't help me. I live in Tucson which is mostly dry here. I love watching you for a couple years.

  • I just pushed my chin back like you showed, and man I heard a lot of cracks! I still have a long way to go but that instantly made me feel a lot better. Thanks guys!
