Just wiped out on ice walking our dog and hurt my shoulder with a wicked hyperextension. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ I needed a no hands/shoulder practice and this was perfect. Adapt rather than give up.

Thanks for making this Adriene, I have RSI in my hands and wrists so I find downward dog so painful. Loved this, I felt the stretch and deep breath still without hurting my wrists. Will check out the health wrists video too.
