  What a gif this is! Thank you so very, very much🙏 I started years ago with Lilias, Yoga and you on TV.
  I’m 70 now, have done yoga since I was 17. Mostly winging it , as true Hatha teachers have been impossible
  for me to find in Indiana and NC, USA. I’ve had more than one hiatus of my practice, but now I can practice
  regularly again and correctly. I’m excited and very grateful 😊
