What is Vajrasana?
Vajra means Diamond; and Asana means Pose;
It is a sitting pose in Yoga; It is a position of sitting on Heels;
What are the Health Benefits by doing Vajrasana or Diamond Pose?

It act as Pain killer in Arthritis;
also reduces Back pain and lower back pain;

It Cures Constipation;
Reduces Acidity and Improve your Digestive System;

are you having Headache caused by gastric problem?
It reduces the Headache within 5 or 10 Minutes;

Cures Urinary and Kidney Problems;

and Increases the Blood circulation in the Body;

So how to do Diamond Pose?
Sit on the Flat floor, Then fold your legs as shown in the image;
if it hurts in beginning just keep a small pillow between your knees;
How long and at What time can we do this?
There is no Rules for this Pose, you can do this as long as you can;
This is only Pose that can do after meals;
It will be very helpful in digestion, doing after every meal;
