With intention to dive deep into our layers and clear stagnant energies with the help of yoga poses to stay healthy and move forward with our ideas and dreams into manifestation, by moving and clearing pathways in our physical and energy body with 5 different strengthening core work to begin with each session and moving into yoga flow into a different peak pose for each session.
