Join Annes, guided by Priyan, for a 45 minute Flow Class that incorporates poses taken from the “Hollowback” theme from classes conducted in our studio last week.
On that week we learnt to open our shoulders and mobilize the upper back in shifted gaze inversions.
Poses incorporated from our Basic, Essential and intermediate level classes into this sequence are: Fish Pose (Matsyasana), Forearm Wheel Pose (Viparita Dandasana), Hollowback Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana Variation).
