Yoga for back ache:
Here, I’m back with a video for people having back pain, hunched back and a poor posture. In this video, you can learn how to correct a bad posture. Also learn what’s the correct way to sit in a chair, lift a heavy object and correct sleeping position.
Its really important to take care of the three normal curves of the back bone – Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar. Remember to maintain the natural curves when you sit, stand and lie down.
