Wow! That was very informative! I have not seen any other practitioner target one sided pain like you did.😲 By way of background, I had an injury requiring a discectomy at L5/S1 about 15 years ago, where some calcification was removed from the left side of the disc. As a result, i was left with a disc space of only 3mm. As time as gone by ( I am now 60yrs old) , the pressure on the nerve roots is causing all manner of pain and tightness…..but mostly affecting the right side only.
What are your thoughts on these exercises regarding someone like myself, with existing damage to the discs. Should I still try them? Thankyou(from Australia🙂)
