  • Wow! That was very informative! I have not seen any other practitioner target one sided pain like you did.😲 By way of background, I had an injury requiring a discectomy at L5/S1 about 15 years ago, where some calcification was removed from the left side of the disc. As a result, i was left with a disc space of only 3mm. As time as gone by ( I am now 60yrs old) , the pressure on the nerve roots is causing all manner of pain and tightness…..but mostly affecting the right side only.
    What are your thoughts on these exercises regarding someone like myself, with existing damage to the discs. Should I still try them? Thankyou(from Australia🙂)

  • Thank you. I really thought I have “kidney stones” but because of this video I witnessed that I only have muscle pain and need to exercise

  • I woke up and then suddenly felt a sharp sore pain on my lower back it hurt so bad that i cried so much when i look at it on the mirror I noticed a big swollen and bruised😢i cant lie down on my back
