Hi .my hysterectomy done 4 month ago .can I do these exercises.

Dear Michelle, thank you very much for your helpful video. I had my hysterectomy in March 10th 2020 and unfortunately no one recommended me to do pelvic floor exercises until about 2 weeks ago 🙁 When I got strong enough to start doing yoga (1st May) I started very gently and with light beginner postures, but I had no precautions in modifying any. Out of the postures you describe in this video I did the unmodified forward bend, and the unmodified planks (on my hands and forearms). Is it too late to start modifying the poses now? also, at some point you talk about pelvic floor problems, could you explain what problems exactly you are referring to? also, is it too late for the pelvic floor exercises you recommend in other videos? Thank you!!

Hi Michelle, this video is super helpful. Thankyou. Can I ask, about child’s pose and prolapse? Is Child’s pose a safe pose for people with PF problems and prolapse?
