Thank you for your advice ,I'm now recovering from a laminectomy and what you say in this video is very logic..as an example when you mentioned about a pillow in back and front,I naturally did but used a blanket on my back behind along with the pillow between my legs and one to hug on.Thanks alot.If you have any advice for bending while lifting and also posture while driving and sitting at disk,i wouldvhighly appreciate it.
