In my experience it is not good to be laying flat when pregnant because it puts pressure on the abdominal aorta. Any thoughts with this on the stretches shown being flat?

I started searching for videos on stretches for sciatica because I've just been so desperate! The second stretch that you demonstrated helps so much, but my daughter is really active and responds to almost everything that I do. She seemed to not be a fan of this position π©. But a few seconds of relief was enough for me to not feel hopeless.

Every time I do some exercise for easing the pain the next day I feel way worse like its all on fire, I'm 8 month pregnant and half since the beginning of the 8th month I'm having sciatica problems and it's escalating pretty quickly.
I will try these π the only problem might be the last one as laying on my back makes my bump sink in to my body and is uncomfortable.
Very helpful my pain stopped after a few days to a week of doing these exercises

i had this pain during my pregnancy with my twins last year and now im 7 months pregnant again but this time with just one babe but the pain is soooooo bad!!! its better when i stand up but really bad when im sitting and than try to get up, especially when im on the floor, i often change my twins on the floor and when i get move to get back up im just like nope.. and im frozen there. im going to try these moves and hopefully get some relief because this is bad, oh so bad!!!
M pregnant and when I have this pain from the back after standing for sometime doing house chores, I can't get up to stand or even walk for almost 2 hours max. It's soooo painful.
