This yoga class includes postures that will help your overall posture! So, if you want to learn movements that can help you open your shoulders, neck, chest and throat so that you can sit or stand straighter or avoid pain in your neck and shoulders from slouching or hunching, this class is perfect for you. Postures include deep shoulder openers, (props are optional), chest expansions in many postures, and spine strengthening postures to help you gain awareness of the muscle groups that help you to stand and sit more upright with more strength and less pain.
This class keeps you moving with lots of instruction and options. Half way through class, two backbend/chest openers are included – camel and queen’s gate. I hope you enjoy this class! Let me know what you think in the comments below!

Would it be possible to make a "neutral spine" type video? I am still having trouble with flexion and extensions and I prefer your channel over others 🙂 I have done the deep stretch or relaxation ones that are on the floor but are more for stress relief.
