This video is about inner strength.
We will do challenging and strengthening asanas to work out our mind and soul.
We start with fire breathing (Kapalabhati pranayama), some shoulder opening and strengthening movements and then move through some twists to mobilize our spine and strengthen our back for deeper heart openers like ustrasana – camel pose. Option to: drop back with hands in heart center.
We end the flow with 7 minutes Savasana to calm our body and mind in deep relaxation.
