Intermediate Yoga Stretch For Full Body & Emotional Tension Release. This is a slow mindful vinyasa flow with lots of focus on releasing emotional stress and tension through deep hip and shoulder openers. Some of the yoga poses we will be holding and breathing through are wide-legged child pose, frog pose, and gomukhasana (cow face pose). This is the perfect sequence for intermediate yoga teachers and experienced yoga students.
