Hi viky ,you tube adds subtitles in Spanish to most of the videos,but it is not well done,so whenever I don't understand something I have to use them so I get the message correctly but unfortunately many times they are wrong.thanks for responding and I would like to ask you a question,the thing is that after a while I feel discomfort in my neck and surrounding me areas,what is wrong and what should I do?thanks in advance for your attention

Others say to put a book under your head to keep the neck from extending backward. Your neck seems straight to me. Do you think some people just don't need more height under the head? (BTW, I liked that help of the blanket and strap!)
