  • Hi Stephanie, this is a great class. Your instructions were very detailed and really helped me get into the pose. My body feels more spacious and open. Loved the use of the chair to assist in the side bending poses. I will definitely revisit this class again. 😊

  • I think this sequence is fine for menstruation bc poses are supported, but wanted to double check. I feel like I have so much more space in my torso now. I feel like these should be weekly poses for me. πŸ˜€
