Advice on the class
Please do not practice the Sirsasana, Head Balance if you have not been taught it by a teacher in class. Do a seated twist instead. The same for the shoulder stand. It is important to have the right equipment and be shown how to go up into the posture by a qualified teacher. Do not do it from the video first time.
