This video shows how to adjust the foot and ankle when sitting cross-legged, in order to relieve pain on the inside of the knee. Collapsing of the outer ankle when sitting cross-legged can result in a ‘pinching’ on the inside of the knee. Make this adjustment to your sitting position and you may find that your inner knee pain is relieved.
