I have achilles tendonitis and was told by my doc to stay off my feet as much as possible for 2-3 months, so this was a great intro for a way to do some yoga without standing.
I love this pose but I want to know this pose is legs weight can lose
As I was trying to figure out how to get down from this pose lol you showed us how….it's also a great way to get i to the pose…
