LOWER BODY CHAIR YOGA: Gentle Stretching & Strengthening With Chair Supported Poses _ No Floor Poses
Little bit of strength, a little bit of stretching, a little standing, and a little sitting yoga. Big on feeling amazing and relaxed. We are strengthening our. feet, ankles, legs, and hips today. You will also feel tension release in our quad, glute, sciatica, hamstring, ankle, and foot stretches. We are working in standing poses with our chair for balance and to lessen the depth of poses. This is especially great if you have very sore or tight muscles. We are also working in seated poses today. There are no floor poses to worry about in this flow.
