Our doormats are made with from 100% coir. They are hand painted with outdoor industrial paint with built in UV protection. We offer two sizes, 16” x 24” (standard) and 24” x 35” (large). All mats are backed with a slip-resistant PVC rubber backing. Approximately 1″ thick. To clean the mat, shake it out and/or sweep with a broom. Decorative mats are not meant for heavy use. To prolong the life of the mat, keep in dry, sheltered area. Spot treat stains, but do not scrub design or saturate in water. All mats are different and unique. Some may be darker or lighter than the photo or have variances of colour in the mat. Since coir is made from the husks of coconuts, some fibers might be thicker or thinner than others. There may also be chunks of the husks in the fibers. This listing is for the doormat only. Any props or decorative rugs visible underneath the doormat are not included in your purchase.
