  • I had a pain in my right buttocks that went all the way down to my ankle. It was worse when I drove. I started planking pain is gone and I can't believe the difference in my body after I plank. I do 3 sets of 30 sec 3 x's a day. I am no spring chicken if I can do it anyone can do it.

  • The video is average at best. Here is why. TO much focus on the deduct. Meaning; you had a whole lot and to much really, to say about what NOT to do. And very little on what to do. The fixes to do a plank correctly does not warrant having to have to say a LOT about what is being done wrong. Just focus on here is how to do plank properly. Never mind what people are NOT doing, or doing wrong. Just demo how to do a plank properly.
