This is yoga you can do anywhere! If you don’t have a mat or you can’t put your hands on the ground, this is the perfect stretch and flow practice for you. This first version is 5 minutes and the second version is 10 minutes (to be published a week after this video). The poses are simple and we include all of the following: forward folds, standing backbend, side stretch, twist, strengthening and stretching the lower body, and opening the chest and shoulders. Enjoy your practice!
