Before you do this sequence I suggest some sunsalutations to warm and prepare. Afterwards, make sure you rest in Savasana for a little while.
These sequences are made for people who have a basic understanding of Yoga and are of sound health.
Backbends create space in the front of the body, open the heart and challenge you to overcome your fears.
They are good for the spine, create a better posture and undo all the damage we do by sitting hunched forwards and by bending forwards all the time (I don’t know about you, but I pick up more things from the floor than I pick down things that are hanging in the air….)
