Practise mindful movements, as it can lower our stress level and prevent pains physically and mentally.
One method of stress relief is to practise conscious breathing. Always bring your mind back to the breath. With each exhalation, try your best to let go of all the tensions. If the mind drift away, gently bring it back to the present moment.
Please practise with mindfulness – aware of your breath and your movements, keeping the mind calm and body not tense. Allow your breath to create space in your body, reducing tensions.
