This practice helps you activate the gluteal muscles. It’s delivered via a moderately paced, vinyasa flow class — offered with little-to-no chatter. You’ll also have an opportunity to stretch and release the glutes as well as finish with a short savasana. As always, I ask a community question after we take our final seat.
