This practice was created as a “recovery” practice…. a gentle practice to get you moving gently after illness, injury, or simply the everyday hardships we might move though: a stressful encounter, an extra hard workout, or simply just over-working. It is also a really good gentle yoga practice. This practice can be divided into three parts to be practiced together or separately.
Part 1 is an extra gentle reclined sequence to help you breathe better and get moving in the most gentle way possible. Part 2 is a gentle standing practice designed to help get your circulatory system a nice boost towards re-energizing your body. Part 3 takes you back to the ground to work in towards some a strong stretch portion to help release any muscle tension. Finish with a white light visualization to spread healing energy through your whole body to help promote optimal healing and recovery.
