  • Is the speed on the pulse a little too fast? It looks like a lot of bouncing and momentum on those reps.

  • I actually prefer to place the band above my knees, so that I could feel it better on my glutes.
    Below the knees, it target the thighs.

  • Been during this during quarantine Zoom lectures, probably the saving grace for me not being obese by now!
