Restorative Yoga for Lower Back Pain – Relaxing 30 minute Yin Yoga

Today, we are just going to rest.. This restorative yoga class is all about just relaxing and restoring our energy. This relaxing yin yoga class is perfect if you have lower back pain. I definitely want you to have a bolster for this 30 minute restorative yoga class but If you don’t have an official yoga bolster that’s totally fine just grab two or three pillows from your bed or couch cushions, you can kind of wrap them in a blanket or fold over a big pillow just something that’ll make a bolsters general shape is going to work and then if you have a yoga strap at home that’s going to be great too but not necessary. With any restorative yoga relaxing practice I really like to dim the lights in my home and maybe put on some essential oils lavender or light some sage. Do what you can so you can sort of set the mood because I think that it makes our yoga go farther when you have that set a relaxed atmosphere. Let’s get started!
