An hour’s class specific for Rock Climbers to help relieve tightness in the body after climbing. Tightness can be useful for strength and stability when climbing but is not so useful for our everyday posture and explosive power (springiness on the wall).
No prior yoga experience needed! Guided by Dan work intelligently through 4 sections:
A. Breath-Work designed to bring the body back to neutral.
B. Supine Warm Up.
C. Seated Section.
D. Specific Yoga for Fingers (Injury Awareness and Prevention)
