1) standing fold twist :-
In this you stand up first , than taking both hands to twist it’s easy to do . You will do this twist in 2 weeks only as I done . But you have to be regular for practice .
2) side twisting yoga pose :-
As shown in vedio do that I 100 % sure that you will do only in 1 week .
3 ) ardh bhunaman twist :-
It’s new pose as i found in do in 1 day only it’s so easy to do be carefully watch the vedio step by step then do .
4) pachitwist :-
It is tough but I make it easy as shown in vedio i do this in only 3 days but regular I do as assume 10 minutes on it .
