Question from Malthe (15 years old) about his Seiza sitting. Seiza (正座 or 正坐, literally “proper sitting”) is the Japanese term for one of the traditional formal ways of sitting in Japan.

i tried it too .. the gap is like 20cm before my knees are killing me
I did that in 2 months thru 5 days solah.
Yet when my gout attacked for 2 weeks, it will be back of not able to sit on my heel again.
Now redo it for 2 months, currently in my 2nd week. 🤭🤭😝
