Here the break down of Ashtanga Primary Serie. It helps to understand better this ancien practice of Yoga.
ATTENTION! For those that are beginners, Ashtanga Primary Serie is only one! I´ve break it down in 4 parts:
– Sun Salutation
– Standing Poses
– Sitting Poses
– Finishing Poses
Just for a better understanding, but YOU at home need to start for Sun Salutation, when complete go for Standing Poses, when complete go for Sitting Poses and when complete go for Finishing Poses. You can stop in any asana, but ALWAYS start from the beginning and keep the chronology of the series, NEVER start randomly if you haven´t done every time the previous sequence of the series in order every time you do it.
