This 25+ minute yoga class begins with deep breathing before moving into neck side stretches and neck rolls. Downward Facing Dog strengthens the shoulders while lengthening the spine and neck. Enjoy rag doll pose to lengthen and relax your entire spine and neck. Low and high cobra stretch and strengthen the neck and chest. Childs pose and embryo pose not only stretch your neck and shoulders but also your hips and low back. Of course, enjoy a satisfying savasana at the end of this yoga class.
