The class is designed for Non-Yoga people or Yoga beginners. It includes the Yoga poses tutorial and the tips for meditation, the video will be uploaded every day at 4 pm for 10days, and start the day after tomorrow. one-day easy yoga poses and a short meditation, one day the whole meditation or savasana.
