This yoga practice is focused on lengthening and strengthening the side body, from the head all the way down to the feet. In our daily lives, and even in our yoga practice, we often only move in the front/back sagittal plane, leaving the sides of our body neglected. Use this practice to get outside your normal range of motion by side bending and creating space in areas that may hold unconscious tension.
