Sitting is a functional movement that enables humans to rest, and accomplish many great things. There are a million ways to sit! Here I present just a few. Yogis, in particular, should practice a wide diversity of ground sitting positions (and transitions in and out of them) daily to maintain full functional health in the hips, hamstrings and low back.
