YOGA POSTURE BASICS
In this Yoga Video I, Marianne give you instructions on how to do the Yin Yoga pose: Sitting Pigeon Pose (Sitting Swan Pose). A good pose to stretch the muscles around the thigh and buttock.
This Yoga pose allows you to:
+ stretch the thigh- and hip muscles
+ stretch the outer thigh muscles of the top leg (IT band and glutes)
