1)Sukhasana-
Comfortable sitting posture
Sukhasana comes from
the Sanskrit word
Sukham that means
easy, pleasure, comfort,

2) Baddh Konasana

Butterfly Pose

depression.
It tones the pelvic
muscles and relieves
sciatic pain.
It can help in
sexual disorders.
6) Ardhmatasyendraasana
This asana makes
the spine more flexible.
It tones the spinal
nerves and improves
the way the spinal
cord functions.
7)Janu sirsasana
It increases the flexibility
of the thighs, hamstrings,
hip joints, back,
arms, and shoulders.
It soothes both the
heart and the mind
and stretches
the entire body.
8) Bhunamanasana
This exercise works
on thoracic vertebrae,
strengthening the
muscles of the chest
while relaxing the
deep muscles
of the back.
