This slow seated yoga stretch will leave your whole body feeling opened and relaxed, with a targeted focus on the groin and glutes. So get cozy and enjoy this slow, deep stretch!
I created this slow seated stretch for those rainy days, gloomy days, or days when you feel blah and don’t have the time or energy to practice (it happens to all of us). Although this is a full body practice, we focus on the glutes and groin visiting poses such as figure four and deer.

If you are uncomfortable sitting on the floor, do this practice in BED! you will feel nicely supported and may find more comfort/ease of movement in these postures. Alternatively, you have the option to place a block or folded up towel under you.
YOU WILL NEED: 1 BLOCK (If sitting cross legged on the floor is uncomfortable). I also recommend doing this in bed if you feel you need more support.
