Sukhasana is a simple cross-legged seating posture in Yogasana. As the name suggests, Sukhasana has a comfortable and calming effect on the practitioner.
The posture is best suited to practice meditation and pranayama and also to perform exercises for the neck, shoulder and eyes. Sukhasana strengthens the spine and gives a good stretch to the knees and ankles.

It's a good I'm daily wakeup in the early mrng 3.30 sitting on pathmasana after am and 5.30 am doing pranayamam long taking breathing I feel every day healthy good breathing active mind in every day
