This is a 25 min intermediate vinyasa yoga class. The class begins with a slow warm up before moving through the Sun Salutation series. We then begin a flow that includes twisting and core strength to practice the skills needed for side crow pose. Feel free to pause the video and repeat side crow if you need additional practice time. We then slow down with tree pose before moving to the floor for poses to stretch and relax. I hope you enjoy the class. Thank you so much for allowing me to lead you in your practice. Namaste
