  • Over stretching a ligament is a huge problem with future joint stability. Ligaments and tendons are non-contractile tissue and don't return to their original length. Yoga in general needs to be very conscious of this fact. Creating unstable shoulders, hips, and low backs is a major problem that needs to be addressed.

  • Sis you rest when this happened to you or carry on cautiously. It feels quite nice and I can't figure out if it's just something that needs to release.
