Great class Aprille. As I was in the postures, I could tell my side body is a bit neglected. Felt good to do another long class. Another innovative and creative class you have produced. Thank you, thank you.
Wow! I've had severe chronic QL,TFL, low back, hip pain for over a year and a half…and that video was AMAZING !!!!!!!
Hello Aprille. I enjoyed this side body stretch very much. In the reversed eagle pose I could not keep my shoulder down during the twist. I suppose that's OK if you're not flexible or mobile enough. Namaste.
Thank you so much for this. Im using it to release a lot of emotional trauma, both my own and armoring patterns Ive seemed to inherited. Its weird but so obvious in retrospect that Ive mirrored fearful and anxious postures from both my parents. Even more interesting is that I can feel my dad's defensive in my toght raised shoulders, and my mom's self conciousness and hypervigilance in my ribs and sides.
Stretching the sides feels so relieving and makes me feel like I can breathe freely again since I hold my breath a lot due to fear and anxiety. I really appreciate these videos and your calm slow style. Thank you, thank you <3
Aprille, this was very well done…a bit exhausting which I am sure speaks to our tight sides. You don't realize how much your body needs something until you do it. My left side ribs/muscles are still feeling a bit sore, I'm assuming that's normal? Where can I find/receive your newsletter? Thanks so much for being you and such an inspiring instructor. Peace and Namaste π§πΎββοΈππ½
thanks so much for a wonderful session, as always!
So glad I did this video my side body really felt the stretch and so did my IT band. I am one who neglects the side body not realizing how important it is to stretch it. Thanks again Aprille for another great great video.
