This class offers nourishment for the kidneys and urinary bladder as they are most vulnerable during wintertime. Supported forward folds, Butterfly Pose, Energy Release Pose, and Happy Baby Pose stimulate the meridians (energy lines) of kidneys and bladder to encourage free energy flow and to restore their resources.

I loved the video. I felt like a new person. I also practice basti kriya or yogic enemas before doing my yoga. I started doing yoga and yogic enemas when I was 13 in 1995.
