Video 4 – Side bends & forward bends
We were inspired to do a video version of our Zoom classes so you can do yoga as much as you like and in your own time.
What is Yoga? Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Can I sit or lie down to do this? Yes, throughout the session there are different versions of the same moves.
What do I wear? Anything comfy and easy to move in.
Will I need help to do this? You know your body, you can bring along a PA, family/friend or do it on your own.
During COVID the live class takes place every Tuesday evening on Zoom 7pm-8pm.
