All that sitting, driving, and slumping forward can leave your body in pain.
Stiffness, tension, tightness, nerve pain all are the pits!
Today’s practice is all about opening up and bending it back! Counterposing your everyday movements to help you not only improve your posture but help you feel better, breathe better, move better.
In this yoga session, we will be using a chair and some may need a yoga strap (use a towel, sock, belt or shirt sleeve if needed).
Yoga should be fun and functional. I want each of our Yoga Advent Sessions to be BOTH!
