  • Actually you should do a practice where there is no commentary DURING the practice. Your comments should however always mention right and left nostril. When you don’t mention it; it is easy to go wrong. Just a suggestion. Now I watch your video jumping to when you begin the practice and stopping when you end it. Thank you.

  • What if i do not use any mudra for right hand… It makes my hand little tight… Can i use hand normally?

  • 7 year old video! wow. having a quick practice after coming back from the crazy hiking trip.

  • Thank you ♥️

  • Merci Adriene, as an HSP ( hypersensitive) I find this practice very grounding, i can feel the pulse connection between my guts and brain by the end of the session. <3

  • Just gave this a shot for about 3 minutes. Make sure to blow your nose first, but wow. It took maybe 15-30 minutes afterwards to kick in but I feel amazing. Could be a placebo, but who cares. Highly recommend trying it.

  • Can’t get pasted the “jokes” or the “laughs”. It seems like your making a joke out of this exercise.
